PAY ME WHAT I AM WORTH

Hi Celena ,

It was wonderful to meet with everybody and discuss the progress and work I’ve done this last year and a half during my annual meeting. I’m excited for the future and grateful for the growth and experience with the company so far!

My responsibilities and my performance have grown immensely since my last review. My overall role has continually transformed and touched every corner of the company, and I’m proud of how I kept pace. I am happy where I’ve found myself today — providing active and responsive client-facing services and multilateral project management, as well as engaged, individualized mentoring on the DC water project.

Given the new work that would be required to establish the Culture Development office, the need for a solid foundation to execute my multi-year vision, and my growing responsibilities on the DC Water project and elsewhere at the company, I am requesting a raise to $110,000, an additional week of leave and a promotion to “Senior Consultant and Chief Culture Officer”.

I’ve attached my resume and the Vision-Traction Organizer I created for the Culture Development Office as you consider this request.
