Hi, Everybody!
I wanted to get back online so we can have easy communication between everyone! It’s going to be very important for all of us to remain home and be as completely sealed off from society as we can be for a while.

Things may be okay now, but the real threat of the coronavirus is to come. If too many people go about business as usual, the virus will spread unchecked. And if that happens, as is happening in Italy right now, our hospitals will be unable to meet the demand and medical care will not be guaranteed to those who contract it, even with insurance.

Italy’s medical system is already collapsing under the weight of the demand from the sick. They are seeing doctors who have to make very difficult decisions about who they treat and who is left in the cold.

And a lot of people are being left out in the cold.

Unless our communities implement drastic action to socially distance ourselves ~RIGHT NOW~, the entirety of the US is in real risk of reaching that same spot.

Kevin’s and my priority, first and foremost, is to ensure the safety of our family. Our parents are in the highest risk categories for this pandemic, and that is something we all have to take incredibly seriously.

This event is unprecedented in any of our lifetimes.
The best possible thing that can happen is nothing at all

Kevin and I love you all so much, and we will do everything we can to protect you. So, while we can’t be there in person, I’m back online so we can weather this period where we must all be alone, while still being together.
