When I first started at NLT, you told me you were impressed by the fact I send meeting minutes after every one. I told you I had enough jobs where I got burned when there were misunderstandings on who was assigned what. You stopped me mid conversation and said “We don’t do blame here. When unexpected things happen, it’s just a situation that we figure out together.”
