Hey guys!

I figured I’d respond in a sidebar — Kev is really happy w his mom here, and I don’t want to bring up stressful stuff and harsh his buzz! but I didn’t want you to think I was dodging!

The shutdown is hitting the company hard. They had to reduce me to 20 hours/week for the foreseeable future, because I can’t start my contract w FEMA while it’s shuttered! The permanency of my job is in question if the shutdown lasts longer than another month.

They’ll re-assess weekly going forward.

We’ll be okay, though 🤗. We’ve weathered much worse together!
