Hey Becca,
I was so happy to catch up with ya last night!
I was hoping to ask you a very low-key favor. I keep a private blog, and I’ve updated it daily for the entirety of this year– sometimes up to, like, five times a day. I also backdated a lot of my old journals on the site going back through most of the 2010s.
No one has ever seen it, not even KP.
I’ve separated the entries into different stories that make sense of a lot of what’s happened to me in my life.
You’ll find links on the homepage for the stories of
- My estrangement with my family in the wedding process;
- My experiences of homophobia in Jarrettsville;
- The process of me coming to understand my assault in Frederick for what it actually was;
- The break up process with Greg and Jeff
- The establishment of my new career after the layoff
- The Philosophical underpinnings of my post-wedding life
- And the ongoing creation of a chosen family (Titled: A Peaceable Kingdom)
You are welcome to read it anytime you want, but you absolutely don’t have to.
I would just like you to have access to it.
Just know if you do, you have to start on the last page and work backward. I wasn’t able to make the stories start from the beginning; it lists them starting with the most recent.
I mean, it’s a dangerous world out there, and literally no one is keeping tabs on me in my daily life. My company is mostly remote-based, so I don’t even really have that many co-workers to see me every day. Not to be alarmist (because everything is fine right now!) but I would like to have a couple trusted people have access to it, just so there’s someone who can know the truth my situation at any moment — if for some reason I am unable to communicate it for any reason.
All you will need to do is create a wordpress account and request access to it from my website url.
tnkuhn.wordpress.com
I can let you in that way.
I would really appreciate it, Becca.
I don’t trust many people these days, but I trust you enough to give you access to my every secret.
Anyway, take care of yourself — AND DON’T EVER HESITATE TO CALL ME IF YOU’RE SAD OR UPSET. ❤
Love ya!
TK
