Hey Jeff,

Hope you had a good thanksgiving too.

The thing is, we never set any clear boundaries since we met. After two years of my intense therapy, I’ve come to realize Greg and I are trapped in traumatizing feedback loops that have exacerbated my PTSD throughout the course of this year.

I have a lot I can tell you, but I feel more comfortable doing this conversation with you guys through the post (and it can be a conversation!). I’ll send a letter. I like how they slow conversations, so they become more reasoned and considered.

We’re not ghosting you guys, nor seeking retribution for the perceived hurt I’ve told you about.

We just need some space, so I can become something more than just an accumulation of 30 years of continuous trauma.

We love you guys a whole lot, and we want to figure this out just as much as you do.
